Welcome to Pastel Lemonade. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and the purchase of products from Pastel Lemonade, including our exclusive capsules Le Sport, and Athleticism. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Information

  • Pastel Lemonade is an Australian-based fashion label.

  • Our drops, including Le Sport, and Athleticism  are produced in limited quantities and may sell out quickly.

  • We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, logos, product designs, and copy, are the intellectual property of Pastel Lemonade.

  • The names Pastel Lemonade is trademarked and must not be used without our written consent.

3. Products & Availability

  • We take care to display accurate colours and descriptions of our garments; however, variations may occur depending on screen or device.

  • All items are subject to availability. Once a capsule or drop sells out, we cannot guarantee restock.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

  • We accept payments through approved secure gateways. Pastel Lemonade reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched from Australia within 2 business days.

  • Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

  • Free standard shipping is offered on orders over AUD $99.

  • International shipping is available; delivery times vary depending on location.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for full-priced items in original condition.

  • Sale items and limited capsules (Le Sport, Athleticism) are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty.

7. Liability

  • Pastel Lemonade is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our site or products.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.

  • Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
