Returns Policy

At Pastel Lemonade, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our Returns Policy outlines your options.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as socks, intimates, or accessories) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.


2. Sale 

  • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.


3. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved returns for full-priced items may be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.


4. Faulty Items

  • If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately at       hello@pastel-lemonade.com.au with photos and your order details.

  • We comply with the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your rights to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.


5. How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@pastel-lemonade.com.au to request a return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and address details.

  3. Please ensure your item is securely packaged. Pastel Lemonade is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.


7. Exchanges

  • Due to limited quantities in our capsules, we cannot guarantee exchanges.

  • If available, we will accommodate an exchange; otherwise, store credit or a refund will be issued for eligible items.
